It gives very elegant look with one 3D flower used in dress, which you can find the link below, but if you want to use different flower or button you can use , it is your choice. 

Choose the colors you like or prefer,  In the photo 1.Purple . 2. Green colors were chosen. but you can make this combinations of  Tow, Three or four colors and you can also make in one color.  its totally your choice or use your imagination.
